Restructuring the web site

You might have noticed a fresh new look to the site over the past few days, and it's all for the better! This transformation was essential because the site was becoming inefficient, and I was hitting WIX page restrictions.
The good news is that the site now boasts a consistent look and feel, making it easier to navigate and much more appealing on mobile phones and iPads!
I'm pleased to announce that I'm aiming to create a vibrant community atmosphere on the site, and as part of this, I'm introducing members-only access starting today.
While the Buy Me a Coffee campaign didn't generate the necessary funds for the site's long-term sustainability, the site has built an incredible library of information on radio sailing that's invaluable to both newcomers and seasoned skippers. After exploring various funding options, I found that the best way forward is to introduce a small subscription fee—less than what you'd spend on a single coffee and cake. I truly hope you'll support this change, although I completely understand if you choose not to.
I reviewed the blogs and extracted key articles and built into the web site. eg, information on rigs, corrosion, Proteus and the Alioth.
Remember a quick search using the search box at the top of each page will get you to you content rapidly.
The next Proteus outing will be at Chipstead on Saturday
